i especially love the eggplant with chilli sauce ... but there is a sad news. the day after i ate that ... pimples started popping out T_T. seems like i may have to throw in the towel in the spicy food dept

that spicy eggplant look so good... but... about your skin and spicy.. maybe it was just coincidence? i mean, you ate alot of spicy stuff while you were here...
dont know is if it was coincidence ... but now that i think about it ... my pimples seem to appear more often along with my frequent consumtion on spicy stuff. maybe it is the climate too i dont know >_< ... but yeah in the US ... i didnt seem to have pimple vs spice a lot hey?? it is a lot hotter here that is why ...
now i have a lot of redness on my face from all the pimples i used to have ... so for it to go away maybe i should kinda cut down on the spicy stuff T_T. my dermatologist told me that eating spicy stuff can affect my skin's redness ... which was already bad to begin with >__<
takl about eggplant ... do u still avoid eating meats?? do u still eat mostly veggies or what? u havent turned into a vegan right haha??
